About Nathan
Dr. Carpenter was born and raised in North Dakota. He earned his medical degree from the University of North Dakota in 2014 before completing a year internship at Sanford Health in Fargo, North Dakota. He completed his ophthalmology residency at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio in 2018. After receiving his comprehensive ophthalmology training, he elected to train one more year in a fellowship of Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, Wisconsin. With family concentrated in North Dakota and Minnesota, he and his wife decided to make their forever home right here in southern Minnesota.
